Exchange / Return of goods

If the purchased goods are not satisfactory you have 14 days from receipt to return or
exchange of goods without giving a reason.
If you want to return or exchange the goods, use the Exchange / Complaint Form from this page or send an email to  info@amasol.sk  with your request to exchange or return the goods, do not forget to state the order number.
At the same time, send the invoice you received for the goods together with the undamaged goods in the original packaging
back to our address Amasol sro, Kpt. Jána Rašu 6, 84 101, Bratislava.
After receiving and checking the goods, we will then send you the amount for the goods or we will send replacement goods according to your request.
