Delivery methods

We will deliver the goods according to your choice:

• Via mail to your address.

• You can pick up any goods in person at our store at Kpt. Jána Rašu 6, 84101, Bratislava.

DELIVERY TIME

• We ship the goods we have in our warehouse within 1 working day.

• We usually send the goods that are in the external warehouse within 5-10 working days, in the case of a more complicated delivery within a maximum of 14 working days.

The specified shipping times apply from the receipt of the order or from the crediting of the payment to our account (in case of advance payment to our account).
 

In the event that due to unforeseen circumstances the delivery of goods is delayed, or for any reason the delivery of goods would not be possible, we will inform you immediately and agree on the next step (if the alternative delivery date does not suit you, you have the right to order cancellation).

Shipments are sent via Slovenská pošta or the DPD carrier to the recipient's address.
