We communicate with you under the Amasol brand, we are enthusiasts and we try to share this enthusiasm with you when using our services and what we do. This includes taking care of the personal information you share with us. We want to assure you that we do everything we can to keep your data safe and use it so that we can offer you better services.

In collecting, using and protecting your personal data, we want to proceed correctly on the basis of these privacy and privacy principles, which we have developed in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of the EU (2016/679) General Regulation on Personal Data Protection ("GDPR") , as well as other applicable data protection legislation that amends the GDPR Regulation.

  • use of the reservation system on our website.

Our Website may contain links to other websites operated by other organizations with their own privacy policies.  Before providing your personal information on the website, make sure that you have carefully read the terms and conditions and privacy policy, as our company is not responsible for the websites of other organizations.

We want to inform you what types of data we may obtain while using our Services.


When shopping in our stores

When registering on our WEBSITE

  • information about your online behavior while browsing our Website and information about when you click on one of our ads (including our ads on the websites of other organizations)

By communicating with us in connection with our Services or by reviewing our Services, we may obtain

  • personal information you provide about us whenever you communicate with us (for example, your name and contact information, including telephone, email or postal communications, or when you contact us via social networks)

Purpose of use

Some of the above ways of using your personal data are based on "legitimate interests", which include:

  • understanding you, our customers, including patterns of behavior, as well as following what you like and dislike;

  • testing and development of new products and services, as well as improving existing ones.

 

Sharing personal information with service providers

We want to let you know that in some cases we share personal information with carefully selected service providers.  

 

When we share personal information with these companies, we require them to maintain their security and not use your personal information for their own marketing purposes unless you have given their consent.

We work with carefully selected service providers who perform certain activities on our behalf.

 

These include, for example, companies that provide us with:

  • technology services (eg, support for our websites, and the trading systems we use to provide our services);

  • accounting services for processing your purchases;

  • companies through which we provide direct marketing and send electronic communication, communication on social networks;

We only share personal information that enables our service providers to provide services.

We may share personal information with other organizations in the following circumstances:

  • if the sharing of personal data is required by law or by a public authority, or if necessary for the administration of justice;

  • if the sharing of personal data is necessary in order to determine, enforce or defend our legal claims (this includes the provision of personal data to other persons in order to prevent fraud);

 

How we protect personal data

We know it's important to protect and manage your personal information, so we've put some steps in place.

We use computer security measures, such as firewalls and data encryption, and we require physical access to our buildings and files to protect this data.

Employees, resp. trained persons who need it in order to be able to perform their job duties.

  • We require the presence of physical, electronic and procedural security measures in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of personal data. In some cases, we will require proof of identity before we can share your personal information.

  • When confirming your order, we will only reveal the last four digits of your credit card number.

 

Where we transfer your personal data

We direct your personal data as part of direct marketing communication in email form  transferred to a third country, which is the USA. According to the decision of the European Commission, this country guarantees  an adequate level of personal data protection. Your personal data - name, surname, email address  and targeting communications (e.g., customer) will be handled by a company that is annually certified in the mode  "Privacy Shield".

 

How long we keep personal data

We will not retain personal information longer than necessary; the length of this period is determined by several factors, including:

  • the reason we had to obtain the data, we destroy the data after reaching the purpose;

  • how old this data is;

  • whether we have a legal / regulatory reason to keep them;

  • whether we need them in your interest or ours.

We are entitled to process personal data obtained with your consent (newsletter subscription, provision of a photograph) for this purpose until the consent is revoked.

 

Marketing and market research

We may send you offers and news regarding our products and services in a number of ways, including by e-mail, but only if you agree to receive such marketing communications first.  Upon registration, we will ask you if you would like to receive marketing communications, and you can change your marketing decision online at any time by filling out the contact form on our website or by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link at the end of each email. text. We will then stop sending you additional marketing emails.

 

We are also happy to hear your views on possible improvements to our services, so we may contact you in connection with marketing research. However, it is always up to you to decide whether to take part in these marketing surveys.

If you raise a general objection

We will then consider your objection to our use of your personal information. In the event of a settlement, your rights take precedence over our interests, and we will then, at your request, either limit the use of this data (see section 3 below) or delete it (see section 4 below). We will only further process your personal data if we demonstrate the existence of compelling legitimate reasons that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or if such data is necessary to prove, assert or defend legal claims.

 

If you object to direct marketing

If you raise such an objection, we will stop using your personal information for direct marketing purposes.

    There are several situations in which you may limit our use of your personal information, including:

     you have successfully raised a general objection (listed in section 2 above)

     you question the accuracy of the personal information we hold

  • The right to request the deletion of the following data:

    There are several situations in which you may ask us to delete your personal information, including:

     we no longer need to store your personal information

     you have successfully raised a general objection (listed in section 2 above)

     you have revoked your consent to our use of your personal data (and we have no other reason to use it)

  • The right to request the transfer or "transfer" of a copy of the following data:

    Data transfer is a new right that allows every EU citizen to transfer their data between organizations. This step is free, allowing customers to change service providers. Its essence lies in the electronic sending and delivery of data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, such as csv.

  • Right to complain to the Data Protection Supervisor: We would like to resolve all your possible complaints, but you also have the right to complain about how we have used your personal data to the Privacy Office.
